Music for Yoga
If you’ve got your yoga sequence down pat and you are ready to work on yoga at home then you might be wondering what type of music you want to listen to while you are doing it, if any. It is sometimes helpful to have relaxing music in the background to help you focus better.

Elephant Revival – This group is an indie-folk group whose music will bring out feelings of oneness and unity. Some of their music is energetic for when you need a good kick-start or calming when winding down. Their music is available at www.elephantrevival.com.
